Regulatory/Quality Reporting Analyst
Impact AdvisorsRegulatory & Quality Reporting Analyst supporting CMS quality reporting and regulatory compliance initiatives at healthcare management consulting firm. Requires healthcare regulatory knowledge and Epic technical expertise.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support CMS quality measure submissions, including eCQMs, inpatient/outpatient quality reporting, and ACO/MSSP programs
- Monitor and interpret CMS and ONC proposed/finalized regulations and assess operational impact
- Build and support Epic reporting and configuration solutions, including QRDAs, extracts, risk assessments, and clinical documentation workflows
- Perform monthly and quarterly quality performance monitoring and reporting
- Collaborate with regulatory leadership and support junior analysts as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with CMS and ONC regulatory programs
- Hands-on experience with CMS quality reporting and submissions
- Epic reporting/build experience including QRDAs and clinical documentation configuration
- Ability to understand regulatory requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Experience supporting both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Epic certification(s) (preferred)
- Experience mentoring junior team members (preferred)
- Healthcare system or provider-side experience (preferred)
