💰 $95,000 - $173,000 per year

About the role

  • Provide day-to-day production support for Workday Financials modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Fixed Assets)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, defects, and user-reported incidents within defined SLAs
  • Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across financial processes
  • Analyze business requirements and implement configuration changes or enhancements
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand issues and provide effective solutions
  • Manage and support integrations between Workday and external systems
  • Perform impact analysis for system updates, releases, and patches
  • Participate in Workday releases (bi-annual) including testing, validation, and deployment
  • Create and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and issue resolutions
  • Support audit activities and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies
  • Provide end-user support, training, and knowledge transfer as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials
  • Strong functional knowledge of core financial modules
  • Experience in production support or application support environments
  • Familiarity with Workday business process frameworks and security
  • Experience with Workday reporting (e.g., standard reports, custom reports, dashboards)
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
