About the role

  • Act as a key link between Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and external partners
  • Create targeted B2B sales enablement content including presentations, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies
  • Translate complex topics into clear, persuasive narratives
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management on content for new products and launches
  • Build, structure, and maintain a centralized sales content library
  • Support international sales teams with relevant materials for architects and planners
  • Ensure ongoing availability and quality of sales and product knowledge content
  • Update and maintain learning content including sales trainings and onboarding materials
  • Ensure content consistency, version control, and alignment across platforms
  • Support storytelling around sustainability, circular design, and material innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or content development
  • Strong skills in marketing content creation and presentation design
  • Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint)
  • Affinity for technology and AI
  • Excellent English skills; German is a strong asset, additional languages are a plus
