About the role
- Advising and supporting employees and managers within a defined HR area on all HR and employment law matters
- Recruiting in close cooperation with the specialist departments—from posting job adverts to candidate selection—and conducting interviews and contract discussions
- Active management of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Supporting personnel development measures
- Carrying out HR projects and contributing to the further development of existing HR processes
- Supporting the implementation of new HR tools and digital processes
- Implementation of individual personnel measures
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration with HR expertise or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR Specialist
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR processes (e.g., recruitment, onboarding, personnel development)
- Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Independent, structured working style, analytical thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Negotiation skills
