Account Executive

• The Sales Representative function exists to seek, grow, and maintain the customer base for IMMY’s product offerings.
• This position carries out responsibilities pertinent to qualifying customer leads from tradeshows, site visits, cold calls, and online inquiries.
• Educate customers about IMMY’s products, and move them through the sales pipeline to create a lifelong customer.
• Work closely with the technical specialist, the customer service specialist, the marketing team, and reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Closing accounts according to defined goals.
• Calling prospective customers to drive leads.
• Responding to requests from customers about IMMY’s products or related items.
• Engage in technical discussions with potential clients.
• Evaluate the results from our products based on customer feedback.
• Accurate recordkeeping of sales opportunity progress in HubSpot or other databases.
• Traveling to tradeshows and site visits to showcase IMMY’s product offering.
• Maintaining relationships with lab managers and lead technicians.
