About the role

Develop features that streamline how enterprises search, request, and gain access to data assets.
Design APIs and services that ensure every access decision is scalable, auditable, and trustworthy.
Contribute to architecture decisions and help evolve our system for performance, reliability, and usability.
Partner with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to deliver solutions that balance great UX with strong engineering principles.
Share knowledge, mentor peers, and strengthen our engineering practices through code reviews and technical leadership.

5+ years of experience delivering production-ready software.
Proficiency in Typescript/JavaScript and hands-on experience with a modern frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue).
Experience designing and querying relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
Solid computer science fundamentals — object-oriented design, algorithms, complexity analysis, and design patterns.
Experience building workflow-driven features that balance usability with security.
A passion for crafting seamless experiences — from polished UIs to reliable APIs.
Bonus points for experience with multi-tenant architectures, event-driven systems, microservices, or containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
