About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Field Marketing Calendar: Plan and execute a mix of local programs, roadshows, and regional events aligned to target accounts and sales priorities.
- Deliver High-Impact Events: Lead execution of flagship events, sponsorships, and trade shows that generate meaningful engagement and pipeline.
- Drive Account Engagement: Partner with Sales to target the right accounts, secure attendance, and create high-quality meetings and interactions.
- Turn Events into Pipeline: Ensure strong post-event follow-up, working with Account Executives to convert engagement into opportunities and accelerate active deals.
- Measure What Matters: Track program performance, pipeline influence, and ROI, continuously optimizing for efficiency and impact.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, events, or demand generation within SaaS or enterprise technology
- Proven success executing events that drive pipeline and measurable business outcomes
- Strong experience partnering with Sales teams to drive account engagement and follow-up
- Ability to manage both small, high-touch programs and large-scale events
- Experience with pipeline attribution, ROI measurement, and program optimization
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and executional excellence
- Ability to operate independently while managing multiple programs and priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support events and field programs
