About the role
- Represent clients in immigration removal and/or federal court proceedings.
Draft legal briefs, motions, petitions, and other pleadings for federal courts.
Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies.
Manage a caseload of complex immigration matters.
Collaborate with legal team members, including supervising attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.
Stay current with evolving immigration laws and policies.
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to California bar.
3–5 years of experience in immigration removal defense, with a focus on federal litigation.
Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.
