About the role

  • Develop new WRapid application features throughout the SDLC
  • Develop backend services and API integrations with internal systems and third-party partners
  • Write Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and automated workflows
  • Maintain, refactor, and improve existing backend code and services
  • Implement workflow automation through Apex, Flows, and integration-driven logic
  • Contribute to frontend UI components using LWC (React experience acceptable where applicable)
  • Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and version control best practices
  • Partner with product owners and cross-functional teams for requirement refinement

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of software development experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce development experience or strong backend and Java experience
  • 3+ years AWS experience (Lambda, S3, or related services)
  • 3+ years Experience with API development and system integrations (MuleSoft or equivalent)
  • Ability to work closely with technical leadership in a collaborative development environment
  • Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Flows) preferred
  • 3+ years Python experience preferred
  • 3+ years LWC experience (or React for UI work if no LWC background) preferred
  • 3+ years Experience developing integrations between large-scale systems
  • Certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, AWS Developer Associate, or MuleSoft Developer preferred
