Salary
💰 $120,000 - $160,000 per year
About the role
- Provide legal guidance to clients on a wide variety of global immigration matters
- Assist in client account management including onboarding and ongoing supervision
- Maintain accuracy for high volume, rapid turnover cases and monitor SLAs
- Handle VIP or complex global cases as needed
- Flex hours to accommodate client and destination country time zones
- Prepare and deliver client presentations
- Manage team workload distribution, case flow and team dynamics
- Train, supervise and collaborate with case managers and case assistants
- Maintain advanced understanding of global immigration legal requirements
- Create, update and organize knowledge resources
- Vet and engage/train new global local advisors
- Other duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid membership in an applicable Bar association
- 1-2 years of global immigration experience (non-US destinations) required; 3+ years preferred
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Strong organization skills
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities independently
- Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills
