About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run complex, cross-functional programs from strategy to execution, seamlessly integrating content, demand gen, sales enablement, and customer marketing programs.
  • Synthesize industry and internal SME research into compelling narratives and adapt core messaging to address specific audience pain points across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with Product leadership and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to align campaign strategies with the product roadmap, translate feedback into GTM themes, and secure internal buy-in.
  • Partner with Sales and Product leadership to deliver strategic updates and enablement materials that empower Sales, SEs, and Customer Success.
  • Proactively identify market opportunities, champion innovative ideas, address project gaps, and recommend optimizations to better meet business needs.
  • Establish KPIs and performance benchmarks, using metrics and industry trends to make data-driven decisions and showcase business impact over time.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven background in a strategic marketing role with a track record of running end-to-end campaigns.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize complex industry research and data into compelling, audience-specific narratives.
  • Highly collaborative professional experienced in working alongside Sales, Product, and Senior leadership.
  • Analytical mindset with experience establishing KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and making data-driven program adjustments.
  • Ability to independently spot project gaps, offer strategic solutions, and confidently advise senior leaders on strategic direction.
  • Experience in the B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industry, translating technical capabilities into business value.
