About the role
- Design, optimise, and own the marketing and admissions funnel
- Map and manage the full customer lifecycle from lead capture to conversion
- Maintain high-quality, accurate data across HubSpot and Salesforce
- Build and optimise HubSpot workflows for nurturing and reactivation
- Develop advanced segmentation and scoring logic based on engagement and intent
- Work with web and digital teams to optimise landing pages and conversion flows
- Build dashboards showing funnel performance and translate data into actionable insights
Requirements
- Graduate from a top-tier university
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing operations, growth, or lifecycle management
- Proven expertise with HubSpot Marketing Hub
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Strong analytical mindset
- Excellent written communication and documentation discipline
- Highly organised, with a bias toward execution and continuous improvement
