About the role
- The Senior Paid Search Executive is a key role within the Customer Marketing and Subscriptions team, focused on driving growth in digital subscriptions increasing app installs and subscriptions.
- As a Senior Paid Search Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing paid search strategies that align with our business objectives, using your deep understanding of customer behaviour, digital marketing techniques, and the subscriptions market.
- Design and execute paid search campaigns on Google Adwords and Apple Search Ads to drive growth in app installs & bundle subscriptions.
- Continuously monitor, analyse, and optimise paid search campaigns to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and maximise results.
- Work closely with the broader Customer Marketing team to ensure that paid search strategies are integrated with wider marketing efforts
- Design and implement A/B tests to refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and bidding methods.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by sharing insights and best practices across the team.
- Oversee paid search budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise campaign performance.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in paid search, mobile marketing, and subscription models.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, customer acquisition metrics, and subscription growth. Present insights and recommendations to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in managing our paid search agency to optimise and oversee campaigns focused on driving print subscriptions.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing Google App Ads and Apple Search Ads campaign.
- Proven track record of driving growth in app installs.
- Proficient in using Google Ads, Apple Search Ads and Google Analytics.
- Experience in optimising campaigns for customer acquisition.
- Ability to present complex information in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Innovative thinker with a passion for testing new ideas and strategies.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing campaigns, budgets, and reports.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
