About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be on site support at the Flagship and ad hoc events, helping the Events Team on all tasks during the day. Support Event Executives on All Company Days, including speaker liaison, general running of the day and other ad hoc duties.
  • Hands on event support, including being a runner, checking in guests and set up.
  • Research ideas and creative content for events as directed by the Event Executives.
  • Support the team on other ad hoc duties where required, including managing guest lists, liaising with suppliers, sourcing suppliers and sourcing products for event goody bags
  • Work on risk assessments for events.
  • Building and editing registration pages for events. This may include writing basic copy where required.
  • General office admin, including raising PO’s, organising the events cupboard and any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience working in an Events/Hospitality/Creative environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Flexible
  • Happy to work extended hours at short notice when appropriate and work late if the event requires
  • Able to work from our Hammersmith office minimum 2 days a week
  • Strong IT skills, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Excel and Google Docs
  • Great verbal communication skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
  • Takes initiative
