About the role

  • Provide email and telephone support to Nutracheck members on diet, health and weight management.
  • Handle membership, app usage and technical support queries primarily via email; assist on the Helpline.
  • Empathise with members and deal sensitively with weight and health issues.
  • Perform technical checks and use initiative to resolve issues; liaise with technical team.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact records and always look to add value to customer interactions.
  • Deliver ad hoc projects such as customer research, feature development support and testing new functionality.

Requirements

  • Confident using technology and familiar with iOS and/or Android phones and downloading apps.
  • Excellent standard of written English and grammar; clear, concise and friendly writing style.
  • Logical problem solving and confidence performing technical checks; work closely with technical team.
  • Confident telephone manner; good listener, friendly, calm and patient.
  • Helpful ‘can do’ attitude; seek best solutions for members.
  • Good team player and flexible attitude to work demands and practices.
  • Reliable and trustworthy when working unsupervised.
  • Proactive approach to continuous personal development.
