About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead strategic planning, operational support and implementation, and program management
Manage the physician and APP wellbeing program, developing and implementing strategic initiatives
Collaborate with operational leaders, medical staff, advanced practice providers, and community partners to implement wellbeing, operational, and experience improvement strategies
Manage continuous improvement efforts from pilot to implementation
Prepare materials to inform and propose recommendations such as presentations and summary reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience working directly with physicians and physician leaders
Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale and complex initiatives across a geographically dispersed enterprise
Demonstrated advanced level experience with computer system applications including spreadsheet, word processing and database applications
Demonstrated analytical, organizational and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to facilitate interdisciplinary teams and to develop effective relationships with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in an independent manner
Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree (preferred)
