About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plans and tracks educational event logistics
Performs instructional design, development, and delivery responsibilities to the standards set forth by leadership
Identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends improvements
Conducts organizational education programs, including setup and logistics
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on associates
Partners with education development and delivery team members to revise training materials
Creates and maintains educational assets supporting associate development programs
Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and end users

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
Epic Certification and/or CIT (Mager Consortium), or ability to obtain certification(s) within 18 months of employment
Experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering associate education and training programs required
Previous experience in a healthcare setting and functional experience as a subject matter expert preferred
Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
Background in instructional design/curriculum development and delivery preferred
Strong presentation skills and documentation skills required
Ability to travel to deliver training and/or special projects
