About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plans and tracks educational event logistics
- Performs instructional design, development, and delivery responsibilities to the standards set forth by leadership
- Identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends improvements
- Conducts organizational education programs, including setup and logistics
- Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on associates
- Partners with education development and delivery team members to revise training materials
- Creates and maintains educational assets supporting associate development programs
- Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and end users
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Epic Certification and/or CIT (Mager Consortium), or ability to obtain certification(s) within 18 months of employment
- Experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering associate education and training programs required
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting and functional experience as a subject matter expert preferred
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
- Background in instructional design/curriculum development and delivery preferred
- Strong presentation skills and documentation skills required
- Ability to travel to deliver training and/or special projects
