About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plans and tracks educational event logistics
  • Performs instructional design, development, and delivery responsibilities to the standards set forth by leadership
  • Identifies operational inefficiencies and recommends improvements
  • Conducts organizational education programs, including setup and logistics
  • Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training on associates
  • Partners with education development and delivery team members to revise training materials
  • Creates and maintains educational assets supporting associate development programs
  • Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and end users

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Epic Certification and/or CIT (Mager Consortium), or ability to obtain certification(s) within 18 months of employment
  • Experience in developing, coordinating, and delivering associate education and training programs required
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting and functional experience as a subject matter expert preferred
  • Learning Management System (LMS) administration experience preferred
  • Background in instructional design/curriculum development and delivery preferred
  • Strong presentation skills and documentation skills required
  • Ability to travel to deliver training and/or special projects
