About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- This role works closely with other business analysts and operational subject matter experts.
- Collaborate with functional teams such as Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Supply Chain, and Information Technology.
- Support Workday’s Core Financials application, including General Ledger and Accounting Center.
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues related to system functionality, providing timely and effective support to functional end users.
- Conducts routine system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborates with Information Technology, Human Resources, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams to identify and implement system improvements and enhancements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience working in a Business or Applications Analyst role.
- Proficient knowledge of financial management, enterprise resource planning, human resource management, or timekeeping/scheduling systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working with Workday ERP, UKG Workforce Pro, or Strata preferred.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of business and healthcare operations.
