About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic compliance guidance to Select Health leaders.
- Develop training and educate stakeholders on compliance and ethics.
- Lead investigations and projects within assigned portfolio.
- Establish communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of compliance and reporting.
- Evaluate risks and develop corrective action plans.
- Monitor changes in regulatory environment and assess implications.
- Support legal counsel and coordinate with HR and other departments.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or similar field preferred.
- Demonstrated professional-level experience in a regulatory, compliance or risk management role in the healthcare sector.
- Expert level knowledge of federal and state laws related to health care billing, coding, reimbursement, contracting, and risk adjustment.
- Ability to interpret and apply complex healthcare regulations and assess gaps.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated discretion to maintain confidential information.
- Experience implementing an effective compliance program.
