About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide strategic compliance guidance to Select Health leaders.
  • Develop training and educate stakeholders on compliance and ethics.
  • Lead investigations and projects within assigned portfolio.
  • Establish communication channels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and reporting.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare administration or similar field preferred.
  • Demonstrated professional-level experience in a regulatory, compliance or risk management role in the healthcare sector.
  • Expert level knowledge of federal and state laws related to health care billing, coding, reimbursement, contracting, and risk adjustment.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex healthcare regulations and assess gaps.
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion to maintain confidential information.
  • Experience implementing an effective compliance program.
