About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

This role is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of payment requests to Intermountain Health's (IH) suppliers for goods and services.
Ensures that all payment requests are processed in compliance with IH policies and procedures.
Provides excellent customer service and has a thorough understanding of IH’s Accounts Payable (AP) systems, processes, and controls.
Solves problems within AP systems.
Performs routine, repetitive tasks in recording day-to-day transactions related to payables, reconciliations, systems, and reports.
Resolves errors and notifies appropriate personnel to prevent future occurrences.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Intermediate-level typing and personal computer skills are required.
Experience with payables or related experience is preferred.
Completion of college-level finance and/or accounting courses is preferred.
