About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Safeguards Intermountain Health's assets through monthly accounting operations and internal controls
Ensures accurate and compliant financial reporting
Understanding account balances, completing reconciliations, performing data analysis
Supporting the companies assigned to their team and manager
Acts as an accounting technical resource to others
Provides expertise in applying generally accepted accounting principles to all phases of accounting operations
Responsible for in-depth analysis of accounting tasks, critical accounting entries and financial statement review
May have responsibility for the month-end close of a company

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required
Degree must be obtained through an accredited institution
Demonstrated progressive accounting experience
Master’s of Accountancy or Business Administration is preferred
CPA license is preferred
Strong experience with publicly traded and alternative investment accounting preferred
Strong experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
