About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides executive level administrative support to the Chief People Officer
  • Directly interacts with leaders, caregivers, and community members on behalf of the CPO
  • Creates agendas, drafts presentations, and distributes materials and minutes for meetings
  • Anticipates needs to support a variety of administrative functions
  • Partners with the leader on task management, project coordination, executive calendar, and correspondence
  • Manages travel/expense management, response to inquiries and requests, and meeting management
  • Supports the Intermountain Operating Model systems and coordinates special projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Demonstrated experience supporting a C-level executive leader(s)
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including spelling, punctuation, grammar
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting without constant or direct supervision
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external senior-level leaders
  • Demonstrated proficient time management, ability to prioritize and flex work to align with business operational priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities with professionalism and equanimity
  • Demonstrated efficiency in project coordination, tracking actions and outcomes
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree. Education must be obtained through an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.
  • Experience with events coordination and planning.
  • Experience working in a matrixed healthcare setting.
  • Leadership experience (providing training to others on their job duties, coordinating the work of others, coordinating projects, acting as a team lead, and directly supervising others).
