About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Legal, Compliance, etc. to gather information and requirements
Negotiate pricing and terms, manage project and work requests, and contract repository entries
Develop pricing strategies including RFPs, GPO strategies, bids and auctions
Act as a trainer/mentor to other Sourcing Specialists as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 1-2 years of contracting and sourcing experience
Bachelor's or Master's Degree (business, healthcare, supply chain, law or equivalent) preferred
Experience with sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and/or contract language and construction
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
General digital dexterity and mastery of office technology tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
