About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Category Management, Legal, Compliance, etc. to gather information and requirements
  • Negotiate pricing and terms, manage project and work requests, and contract repository entries
  • Develop pricing strategies including RFPs, GPO strategies, bids and auctions
  • Act as a trainer/mentor to other Sourcing Specialists as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of contracting and sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (business, healthcare, supply chain, law or equivalent) preferred
  • Experience with sourcing methodologies, negotiation strategies, and/or contract language and construction
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • General digital dexterity and mastery of office technology tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
