About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and source qualified physician and APP candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Work closely with hiring teams, medical directors, and other key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Develop and implement marketing and outreach initiatives to attract top physician and APP talent.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Physician and APP candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance with employment laws.
- Ability to travel as needed.
