About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and source qualified physician and APP candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
  • Work closely with hiring teams, medical directors, and other key stakeholders to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Develop and implement marketing and outreach initiatives to attract top physician and APP talent.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Conduct thorough screening and evaluation of candidates’ qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in healthcare or physician recruitment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with Physician and APP candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of recruitment best practices and compliance with employment laws.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
