- Ensuring data applications are maintained, monitored, promoted, and used effectively.
- Providing advanced support for management level leadership in a business or clinical area.
- Fulfilling complex customer requests through data exploration, report development, and visual storytelling.
- Independently providing project updates and communicating analytic findings to customers.
- Leading analytic work demonstrations and hands-on training to promote understanding and independent consumption of analytic work.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong skills in SQL and database management tasks.
- Proficiency in developing advanced visualizations and dashboards.
- High proficiency in office applications for detailed reports and presentations.
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting data insights to senior leaders.
- Deep knowledge of healthcare data through specialized projects.
- Experience fostering team collaboration and supporting individual development.
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Proven experience in providing mentorship and guidance to junior analysts.
- Advanced knowledge of Product Management, Project Management, or Program Management philosophies and methodologies, and capable of applying them to data analytic projects to ensure alignment with business goals and efficient execution.
