About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in duties and activities associated with supporting clinical research and research studies at Intermountain Healthcare.
- Provide support to clinical research coordinators, clinical investigators, physicians, nurses, department managers and other staff.
- Support onboarding for new research staff by preparing, collecting, and filing “research ready” documents in compliance with required training and applicable regulations.
- Provide data entry and appropriate documentation into Intermountain departmental and study-related external programs.
- Collect, input, and maintain data in Intermountain and external databases.
- Interact closely with coworkers, medical staff, and patients, and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience using basic computer programs including Microsoft word processing, database, spreadsheet applications and e-mail.
- Prior experience in a research, academic or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with research professionals and utilizing various outreach methods to support and maintain required credentialing.
