About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support patients on anticoagulation therapy across Colorado and Montana
- Facilitate medication access and resolve barriers

Requirements
What you’ll need- Active Pharmacy Technician license in Utah, Colorado, Montana, or Nevada
- Current pharmacy technician certification in applicable state
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding pharmacy practice
- Ability to assist in safe pharmaceutical care under supervision
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification as appropriate to practice site
