Staffing Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for talking to referral sources and collecting information
- Entering information into the computer
- Completing initial authorization and verifying insurance
- Coordinating, implementing and performing day-to-day scheduling and assignments of the clinical team
- Communicate effectively with healthcare team regarding client needs
- Maintain knowledge of agency products, services, and referral relationships
- Support the agency's growth and profitability through responsible use of company resources
- Ensure compliance with policy and procedures
- Collaborate with staff to provide quality services
- Perform assigned quality assurance duties
- Report grievances and complaints by clients and professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) year of related healthcare experience
- Associates degree in related area (Preferred)
- Current Colorado LPN license (Preferred)
- At least three (3) years of home health operations experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience using an online scheduling system (Preferred)
