About the role

  • You will have a strong focus on recruiting.
  • You will manage our recruiting processes from job posting through onboarding, ensuring we attract the right talent for our team.
  • You will design HR development and learning strategies so employees can purposefully develop their skills.
  • You will be the point of contact for our employees and support them with all administrative and organizational People & Culture matters.
  • You will ensure professional preparation and follow-up of personnel-related documents.
  • You will produce analyses, reports and presentations on relevant HR metrics and topics.
  • You will contribute to the preparatory payroll process for our teams in Germany, our branch in Italy, and our employees engaged via EOR.
  • You will actively shape our company culture and contribute to exciting projects such as employer branding or occupational health management.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree with an HR focus
  • 3–5 years of practical experience in HR management and recruiting within the tech industry
  • Very good knowledge of labor law
  • A structured, independent working style with a strong commitment to quality
  • Strong assertiveness to proactively drive change processes and establish new structures and initiatives
  • High empathy, excellent communication skills, and a good sense for people
  • Reliability, discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Experience with Personio is a plus
