Designer

• Oversee and manage Building Information Modeling (BIM) projects across all disciplines
• Serve as a main point of contact for BIM-related questions and concerns for the project team
• Work within project budgets while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations
• Review the effectiveness of current standards and procedures and validate compliance
• Lead and participate in project meetings with clients and consultants
• Identify and lead team-specific training and education needs for standards and BIM/Virtual Design tools
• Standardize workflows and practices across offices and teams
• Coordinate with the project manager on model setup configuration and project scope requirements
• Manage project folder organization, file sharing, and file archival between IMEG disciplines and external partners
• Provide team-specific support for Virtual Design software and programs
• Review working models and PDF deliverables for compliance with modeling and documentation standards
• Maintain models using best practices and established standards
• Run clash detection reports, resolve clashes, and participate in the BIM coordination process
• Ensure modeling and drawing production meet established company quality standards
• Coordinate models and workflow between members of the design team

Virtual Design Coordinator

• Lead structural analysis and design for building and structural systems using a variety of materials
• Create detailed designs, specifications, and calculations using engineering software and tools in accordance with code requirements and IMEG standards
• Partner with clients to understand project needs, gather requirements, communicate technical information, and build strong working relationships
• Support consulting project execution as part of a project team
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling activities to meet deadlines and objectives
• Document design decisions and client instructions while monitoring progress against percent complete and fee expended
• Analyze engineering problems and develop practical, efficient solutions in collaboration with senior engineers and consultants
• Perform in-process reviews of structural designs, calculations, and specifications and apply IMEG quality control processes

Structural Project Designer

Mechanical Engineer

• Lead mechanical design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex vertical healthcare building projects
• Provide project direction and technical guidance to internal teams and external consultants
• Deliver engineering solutions and advice to clients to support positive outcomes
• Perform engineering analysis and oversee mechanical system design and implementation
• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations
• Support delivery of larger and high-complexity projects with limited support from senior staff
• Manage work within the project's monetary budget
• Assist in training and mentoring efforts within the project team

Senior Mechanical Engineer – Healthcare

Engineer

• Lead design efforts as a project manager or lead engineer for moderate to complex projects
• Work closely with engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and client-focused outcomes
• Support civil infrastructure and/or site design with an added focus on water resources work where applicable
• Help manage project budgets
• Support training and mentoring
• Collaborate across disciplines to meet project goals and client expectations
• Coordinate, oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity
• Assist Project Executives and Client Executives with design scopes of work and fee calculations for proposal generation as well as with contract reviews
• Create project schedules including targets for milestones and deadlines
• Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients
• Create monthly billings and submit financial information to Accounting in a timely manner
• Update billing projections and estimated completion percentage for all projects monthly
• Ensure design follows owner standards and requirements, IMEG standards, and code requirements

• Lead large and highly complex structural projects with minimal support from senior staff
• Provide project direction, engineering solutions, and client guidance while leading project management efforts for structural systems in buildings and other structures, with a focus on Mission Critical / Data Center and Industrial projects locally and nationwide
• Work within project budgets, mentor team members, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations
• Coordinate, oversee, and manage structural projects ranging in size and complexity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project teams and clients
• Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors/Leaders during early project opportunity stages
• Assist with design scopes of work, fee calculations, proposal development, and contract reviews
• Create project schedules and establish milestone and deadline targets
• Prepare monthly billings, submit financial information to Accounting, and update billing projections and estimated completion percentages

• Support projects through bidding and construction administration
• Work with clients to understand project needs, gather requirements, and communicate technical information effectively

• Perform periodic field data collection or studies, including traffic counts, parking counts, sign/signal inventory, and sight distance measurements
• Lead project planning, budgeting, and scheduling tasks to meet deadlines and objectives
