About the role
- Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients
- Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports
- Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships
- Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff accordingly
- Interview, onboard, and support contractor development
- Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role
- Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Flexible, remote contractor role
