About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients
Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports
Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency
Serve as the main client contact (billing staff, CFOs, CEOs), building strong professional relationships
Design, update, and implement billing procedures and train staff accordingly
Interview, onboard, and support contractor development
Collaborate with leadership on client needs, performance, and resource planning

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role
Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively
Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
