About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor daily inventory levels at distribution centers (DCs);
  • Support replenishment planning according to inventory policies (minimum, maximum, coverage);
  • Identify potential stockouts and support corrective actions;
  • Issue purchase orders/requisitions according to operational demand;
  • Track delivery lead times and confirm supplier fulfillment;
  • Update delivery statuses in internal systems (ERP, spreadsheets);
  • Support KPI monitoring such as service level, OTIF, stockouts, inventory turnover, and coverage;
  • Facilitate communication and resolve queries between operations, logistics operators, procurement, suppliers, marketing, and product teams;
  • Monitor delivery incidents (delays, damages, receiving discrepancies);
  • Manage the Pipefy platform and handle service tickets related to product delivery incidents at restaurants;
  • Record product and service invoices in the system;
  • Reconcile system inventory between logistics operators and the supply branch, identifying and correcting discrepancies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Intermediate Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of Supply Chain and Inventory Management.
  • Familiarity with demand planning and replenishment.
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably SAP).
