About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a strategic partner to store operational leadership, understanding the area’s needs and proposing HR solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support managers on topics related to climate, performance, organizational structure, culture and engagement.
  • Conduct basic People Analytics activities to identify trends, risks and opportunities, presenting actionable insights.
  • Monitor and support the people management cycle (performance evaluations, PDI — Individual Development Plan, talent review, succession, among others).
  • Map training needs and support team development in partnership with Learning & Development.
  • Mediate conflicts, promote healthy working relationships and ensure practices aligned with the company’s code of conduct.
  • Track and follow up on HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, headcount, etc.) and support action plans.
  • Support organizational change processes, ensuring clear communication, alignment with leadership and employee engagement.
  • Work in partnership with specialist areas (Recruitment & Selection, Payroll, Compensation, Training & Development, etc.) to ensure delivery of complete solutions to internal clients.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience as an HR Business Partner in operational areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and core HR subsystems.
  • Desirable experience with People Analytics tools and metrics.
  • Availability to travel by car.
