About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process enrollments, terminations and transfers for employees' benefits;
- Verify eligibility and the rules for each benefit;
- Update records in systems and platforms;
- Reconcile supplier invoices (health plans, meal allowance, etc.);
- Support cost control and cost allocation processes;
- Identify discrepancies and request corrections;
- Respond to benefits-related inquiries via support tickets;
- Maintain internal control records;
- Assist in preparing basic reports.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree)
- Previous experience in employee benefits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
