About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct market benchmark studies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity;
- Update salary tables and ensure compensation policies align with the company's strategy;
- Design job architecture and conduct job evaluations using a specific methodology;
- Maintain up-to-date salary ranges and compensation models based on market analyses;
- Perform Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations;
- Analyze compensation metrics to provide input for decision-making;
- Serve as a technical reference for the team's analysts;
- Identify and propose improvements to area processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology or related fields;
- Proven experience in the responsibilities listed;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
