Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst – Temporary Position
IMCJunior Recruitment Analyst responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for International Meal Company. Participating in recruitment events and managing candidate databases while generating reports.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, recruit and select candidates for vacancies at Grupo IMC (International Meal Company);
- Assess the candidate potential in the region of each unit by analyzing demographic data and recruitment sources;
- Prepare reports to track vacancies and candidates and produce evaluation reports;
- Participate in job fairs;
- Build and/or maintain an up-to-date candidate resume database according to operational needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office suite).
