About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source, recruit, and select candidates for vacancies within the IMC Group.
- Map the candidate potential in the region of each unit through demographic studies and recruitment sources.
- Prepare vacancy and candidate control reports and assessments.
- Participate in job fairs.
- Build and/or maintain an up-to-date candidate CV database according to needs.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree (completed).
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and selection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
