Key responsibilities & impact

Control of Occupancy (Real Estate): Monitor weekly rent and charge postings, identifying and classifying whether payments are to Individuals (PF) or Legal Entities (PJ).
Shopping Mall Charges Checklist: Complete and keep updated the leasing control spreadsheet, ensuring that all components (condominium fee, promotion fund, 13th-month rent, percentage rent) have been correctly posted by the finance team.
Cash Flow Assurance (Provision vs. Actual): Audit whether utility bills and rent invoices have been properly processed for payment, aiming to reduce the need for manual provisions and to avoid delays.
Cash Reconciliation (Store): Perform weekly control of cash withdrawn from the store versus identified deposits, reporting discrepancies so the posting team can adjust reconciliations.
Interface with Shared Services (SSC) and Operations: Act as the focal point to follow up with posting teams about invoices or payment slips that are not yet in the system but have already been issued by suppliers. Serve as the liaison between the office and operations.

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Accounting, or Financial Management.
Excel: Intermediate (required to manage extensive control spreadsheets and perform data lookups using VLOOKUP and SUMIFS).
