About the role

  • Manage and optimize the IT budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources;
  • Analyze and control operational costs and technology investments;
  • Manage IT contracts and vendors, ensuring compliance with SLAs and market best practices;
  • Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) related to costs and governance;
  • Implement and ensure compliance with frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001 and TOGAF;
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and regulatory compliance;
  • Collaborate with Finance, Controllership and Compliance to align strategies and optimize investments;
  • Propose and implement improvements in IT governance to ensure operational efficiency and risk reduction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Economics or related fields;
  • Postgraduate/MBA in IT Governance, Financial Management or related areas (preferred);
  • Proven experience in budget management, cost control and financial planning for IT;
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001) and IT risk management;
  • Familiarity with ERP and financial management tools (SAP, Oracle, TOTVS, etc.);
  • Experience negotiating technology contracts and managing suppliers/vendors;
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services and process automation (preferred).
