About the role

  • Process enrollments, terminations and changes for employees in benefits (health insurance, dental, transportation voucher, meal/food allowances (VR/VA), life insurance, etc.);
  • Verify eligibility and rules for each benefit;
  • Update records in systems and platforms;
  • Reconcile supplier invoices (health plans, meal allowance, etc.);
  • Support cost control and allocations;
  • Identify inconsistencies and request corrections;
  • Resolve benefits-related queries via the ticketing system;
  • Maintain internal control records;
  • Assist in preparing basic reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (completed);
  • Experience working in employee benefits;
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
