About the role

  • Manage relationships with journalists and the press to pitch story ideas about the Rede Frango Assado brand;
  • Create a content calendar for the brand's LinkedIn and manage engagement on the platform;
  • Monitor brand mentions in clippings, newspapers, and media;
  • Coordinate and accompany company directors for participation in events, podcasts, and interviews;
  • Prospect and map influencers;
  • Identify creators aligned with the brand's positioning for engagements across different formats (from paid influencers to barter and PR projects);
  • Analyze metrics (engagement, audience, audience profile, campaign history);
  • Create and maintain an up-to-date influencer database;
  • Map trends and identify new relevant names in the market.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in PR, including contact with journalists and media.
  • Previous experience with influencer marketing is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of social media metrics and KPIs.
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience negotiating with influencer agencies.
  • Familiarity with contracts and administrative processes.
