About the role

  • Organization of briefings and requests.
  • Primary liaison with the Creative Team (align strategic campaign directions; ensure assets comply with the brief and brand guidelines; validate creative deliverables; flag adjustments and improvements when necessary).
  • Social media management for the Frango Assado brand, including routines such as: organizing and updating editorial calendars; receiving and validating assets and captions; scheduling posts across platforms; ensuring calendar consistency; tracking performance by social channel; consolidating data and producing periodic reports; monitoring trends and opportunities relevant to each brand.
  • Monitoring comments and mentions about the brand online, responding to public comments, and routing and following up on cases with the Customer Service (SAC) team when necessary.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing creative requests
  • Experience in account services at an agency and in social media
  • Experience with social networks (planning, editorial calendars, and data analysis)
  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, TikTok, and LinkedIn
  • Familiarity with project/board management tools (Trello, Notion, Monday, or similar)
  • Basic understanding of social metrics and KPIs
  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
