About the role
- Prepare, consolidate and monitor the annual personnel budget (Budget) and its periodic revisions (Forecast);
- Monitor variances between budgeted, actual and projected figures, identifying deviations and proposing action plans;
- Manage labor-related provisions (vacation, 13th salary, bonuses, payroll charges and other liabilities);
- Analyze financial impacts of overtime, night shift differential, time bank and other variable pay items;
- Run cost simulations related to hires, promotions, salary adjustments and organizational restructurings;
- Manage and monitor approved vs. actual headcount;
- Work in partnership with Payroll, Controlling and Finance to ensure data consistency and governance;
- Develop management reports and executive presentations with a focus on cost and efficiency.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a university degree.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Experience working with Payroll.
