About the role
- Conduct market benchmarking studies to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity;
- Update salary tables and ensure compensation policies align with the company's strategy;
- Design job architecture and conduct job evaluations using a specific methodology;
- Keep salary ranges and compensation models up to date based on market analyses;
- Perform Short-Term Incentive (STI) calculations;
- Analyze compensation metrics, providing input for decision-making;
- Serve as the technical reference for the team's analysts;
- Identify and propose improvements to the area's processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Psychology, or related fields;
- Proven expertise in the activities described;
- Knowledge of labor legislation and regulations related to compensation and benefits;
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
