About the role
- Manage the strategy, operation, and evolution of the company's digital channels, focusing on sales growth, maintaining profitability, customer retention, and excellent user experience;
- Manage the portfolio of digital projects and initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and alignment with strategic objectives;
- Track, monitor, and report key metrics;
- Map and monitor the customer journey across digital channels (app, kiosk/totem, and marketplaces), identifying friction points and improvement opportunities, and collaborating with design and product teams on customer-centered solutions;
- Support the prioritization of initiatives based on data: test features, run A/B tests to validate improvement hypotheses, and perform behavior-based segmentations.
Requirements
- University degree (Bachelor's) or higher.
- Experience with product analytics in an app context.
- Hands-on knowledge of product and user behavior analytics tools (e.g., Firebase, GA4).
- Familiarity with SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Ability to combine data insight with practical actions to impact business KPIs.
- Knowledge of concepts: CAC, LTV, churn, RFM, DAU/WAU/MAU, funnel and cohort analysis.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
