About the role

  • Evaluate the logistics cost structure (freight, warehousing, distribution, logistics network) and production, identifying opportunities for operational and financial optimization.
  • Identify, quantify and capture synergies between Business Units, such as supplier and contract consolidation, sharing of structures and services, standardization of processes and operating models.
  • Map and analyze opportunities for tax efficiency, in partnership with Tax, Legal and Accounting areas, assessing financial impacts, risks and implementation feasibility.
  • Monitor the implementation of approved initiatives, ensuring the actual capture of financial gains.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong analytical skills and an integrated financial view of the business.
  • Experience with logistics costs, efficiency projects or operational transformation.
  • Experience in retail, food service or complex operations environments.
  • Ability to structure analyses, build business cases and lead discussions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication and ability to work collaboratively with technical and corporate teams.
  • Previous experience in synergy, integration or tax-efficiency projects is a plus.
