About the role

  • Execute order collection from restaurants in the ERP SAP system by monitoring the delivery schedule;
  • Review restaurant orders, address or escalate discrepancies such as incorrect codes, missing items, and other issues, and forward them to the logistics operator for picking;
  • Issue invoices for restaurant orders after receiving confirmation of picking from the logistics operator;
  • Monitor notifications from the logistics operator regarding supplier delivery discrepancies and perform follow-ups with Purchasing and other departments to resolve them;
  • Ensure that supplier delivery invoices handled by the logistics operator are posted in ERP SAP;
  • Ensure that transportation invoices related to logistics operator deliveries to restaurants are posted in ERP SAP;
  • Monitor and provide operational support for processes related to the logistics operator’s supply chain, offering guidance and managing incidents;
  • Assist in preparing and reporting KPIs and performance management tracking tools.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Currently pursuing a university degree is a plus.
