About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and develop regional Field Marketing leaders across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific
  • Build relationships with regional sales and partner leadership teams and position marketing as a strategic business partner
  • Oversee geo-specific demand generation strategies across ABM, integrated campaigns, multichannel initiatives, and events
  • Adapt corporate campaigns for local markets, including multi-language and multi-market execution
  • Own and manage the global field marketing budget
  • Define and track KPIs and use data-driven reporting to optimize performance
  • Partner across marketing functions to optimize the global customer journey, identify pipeline gaps, accelerate deals, and improve funnel conversion
  • Guide relationships with industry associations, media outlets, and directory vendors
  • Establish scalable global processes and playbooks for consistent regional execution
  • Lead the Partner Marketing function and develop team capability
  • Define and execute a scalable partner marketing framework, including Market Development Funds investment and ROI management
  • Oversee strategic partner marketing programs aligned with commercial priorities
  • Guide joint go-to-market programs with alliance partners, including co-branded content, press releases, customer case studies, and account-based plays
  • Ensure consistent global partner communications through newsletters, webinars, and other channels
  • Represent field and partner marketing in quarterly business reviews and leadership forums
  • Collaborate with demand generation, product marketing, content, marketing operations, and corporate marketing teams
  • Allocate the global field and partner marketing budget and report on return

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 or more years of B2B marketing SaaS experience
  • Strong background in field marketing, ABM, partner and channel marketing, and event management
  • Strong command of digital marketing and integration of digital tactics into field and partner programs
  • Proven track record delivering and accelerating pipeline through regional and partner marketing programs
  • Experience executing geo-specific marketing plans with sales leadership, partners, and third parties across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific
  • Experience developing persona-centric value propositions and messaging mapped to buyer needs across segments and regions
  • Experience building scalable operational frameworks, strategic marketing plans, processes, and playbooks
  • Deep experience in partner and channel marketing, including MDF management, technology-partner co-marketing, strategic partner GTM programs, and reseller ecosystems
  • Strategic ability to translate business challenges into marketing strategies
  • Ability to build and use data-driven reporting frameworks
  • Strong leadership and people-management experience with geographically distributed, high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and reporting platforms
  • Knowledge of the Legal Tech industry is a bonus
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, PRM systems, and Asana is a bonus
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
