About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive US field marketing plan in collaboration with VP Marketing that aligns with regional sales priorities and corporate pipeline goals.
  • Plan, produce, and manage end-to-end regional events, including industry trade shows, executive roundtables, VIP dinners, webinars, digital events, and proprietary roadshows.
  • Manage the US field marketing budget, ensuring high-ROI allocation and detailed cost tracking.
  • Partner closely with regional Sales Directors and Enterprise Account Executives (AEs) to identify target account lists (TAL) and develop bespoke marketing playbooks for key accounts.
  • Act as a marketing consultant to the sales team, translating corporate marketing initiatives into actionable, localized outreach campaigns.
  • Provide regular enablement to the sales team on upcoming campaigns, event follow-ups, and available marketing collateral.
  • Adapt global campaign concepts, landing pages, and content assets to resonate with the specific needs of regional buyers.
  • Coordinate with the product marketing and content teams to ensure regional messaging is localized, relevant, and impactful.
  • Leverage regional customer success stories to build local advocacy programs and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.
  • Track, analyze, and report to VP Marketing on the performance of all regional marketing activities, focusing on key metrics: marketing-sourced pipeline, influenced pipeline, cost-per-lead, and conversion velocity.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 4 to 6+ years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, or account-based marketing (experience in high-growth SaaS/tech is highly preferred)
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with enterprise sales teams and regional sales leadership
  • Outstanding organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-stakes events and campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a polished presence capable of engaging with C-suite executives
  • Willingness to travel 25% to 35% within the US to support regional events and sales meetings and 1 – 2 trips a year to Europe to meet with the wider Marketing team
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, or similar) and event management tools.
